RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unworn, with labels, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase..
For some of our items, the label will not match the size ordered. This is because some of our items tend to run small. We take care of this issue by automatically sizing up. This is also noted in the product description for the specific products.
To arrange a return, please contact us at info@oneway-fashion.com If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Goods returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Goods
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized goods), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How Do I Return My Parcel?
Once contact has been established between the customer and our customer service team and the return has been approved, the customer will receive a shipping label within 1–2 working days.
Please Note: A return label must be created individually for each order. The return label can only be submitted via customer service, as we do not have a permanent return address to keep return shipping costs as low as possible for customers.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
